What is On-Ramp?
- The On Ramp program is required for all new athletes without prior CrossFit experience.
- On Ramp consists of four, one-on-one personal training sessions working around your schedule.
- After completion of On Ramp you have two free weeks of unlimited CrossFit class.
- Whatever shape you are in is a good place to start! We have designed this program for everyone regardless of fitness background or fitness level
- The emphasis of On Ramp program is skill development and exposure to our basic movements. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes. We are going to be emphasizing technique – both to ensure your safety and success at the next level.
- We will introduce you to technique and mechanics first, then intensity.
- We will show you movements that begin with the relatively non-technical and progressively more technical.
- There will be a workout at the end of each session which will get progressively more challenging at each session.
- Upon completion of the On-Ramp you are free to attend any CrossFit class. This is just the start of your CrossFit journey; With CrossFit now part of your lifestyle, you will be constantly motivated, encouraged and inspired to reach higher heights.
